The LepTree molecular project will share a very detailed, continuously updated description of all its genes, primers and procedures. We invite other labs to do the same, by uploading or giving a URL for their protocols in our project directory.

were simple, primitive, and rugged in design, usually made from a coconut shell base and tube with a head attached.
