Morphology Workshops
The goal of the Morphology Project is to create a comprehensive illustrated on-line glossary of morphological features, resolving the current conflicts of terminology and homology for problematic structures.
LepTree is sponsoring a series of workshops and symposia where experts on different superfamilies will initially construct separate glossaries, to be merged subsequently in face-to-face “homology jamborees” similar to the annotation jamborees held by genomics researchers.
